How to Start a Sister Temple

Do you live far enough away from The Holy Temple of Witchcraft Homestead that you have to attend the online events instead of the "physical" Temple events? Have you looked for one of our Sister Temples in your area and cannot find one? Would you like to eventually start a Sister Temple in your area? Here is where we tell you what has to be done, and the requirements to be met, so that you can start a Sister Temple in your area.

First, you have to obtain your 3rd Degree from our Temple. It costs only $10 to start training and will cost nothing more if you have good attendance. It does take a lot time and work. We do not just hand out Degrees at our Temple. We expect our Students to actually work for their Degree and ranks. Expect this to take about 3 1/2 years.

It is 3 1/2 years later, you have your 3rd Degree...now what? You talk to our High Council. The High Council and the High Priestess will talk to you about the requirements of starting a sister Temple and help you get started in setting it up. What are the requirements?

For a Member to start a Sister Temple in their area, they have to meet some requirements for their group. Their group must be an Eclectic Withcraft Temple, allowing a person following ANY path of Witchcraft to join. (Members DO NOT have to be Wiccan, but must adhere some sort of Karmic rule.) This does not stop the Sister Temple from having smaller groups within it dedicated to a specific path of Witchcraft. The new Sister Temple must be willing to adopt a Temple ByLaws, Temple Compact, and a Personal Laws of Conduct for their group. These will be the same as the Parent Temple (The Holy Temple of Witchcraft), but will be altered to fit THAT group (such as the group's name, founding date, etc). Also, the new group must use the Parent Group (The Holy Temple of Witchcraft) to teach their Newcomers and Students. All Members of this Sister Temple will also be Members of The Holy Temple of Witchcraft, and will be able to access BOTH Temple's sites (if the new Temple sets up a website). We (The Holy Temple of Witchcraft) will be possibly adding "sub" websites to our own for the use of our Sister Temples.

After talking to our High Council and High Priestess AND after meeting the requirements, The Holy Temple of Witchcraft will help the Member set their new Sister Temple up. The Member who is starting the Sister Temple will be able to ask our Temple (The Holy Temple of Witchcraft) for help at any time (before, during, after). Our Temple will offer support and guidance to this new Sister Temple. Also, the Members of this new Sister Temple will be able to use any and all services available to our Temple's Members. Our Temple and all of our Sister Temples will be like a big "Family" and "Network".
